Yoga Wheel

A unique class built specifically around the use of the Yoga Wheel

The Yoga Wheel (also known as a Dharma Wheel) is amongst my favorite props for my practice. Yoga wheels can be used to help you stretch deeper, bend safer and release tension in hard to reach places. Incorporating a Dharma Wheel into your yoga routine can enhance your balance, precision and flexibility. It adds such a fun, dynamic way to create space in your body and get deep into your stretch while still feeling supported, giving you the confidence to stretch further and allowing you to move your body in ways you never could before. This class is available as private sessions or small groups of less than 10 with props available to borrow on request.
