With over 20 years experience working in fast paced Emergency Veterinary Hospitals, Chronic Fatigue and Burnout is an area that I am very passionate about. I have both witnessed its effects on co-workers and experienced it first hand myself. A chronic state of exhaustion, can manifest as feeling helpless, trapped and defeated with a loss of motivation and a negative outlook on life. Areas of life that once brought joy or pride, may now be paired with feelings of decreased satisfaction and a lacking sense of accomplishment.  Physically, you may feel heavy, tired and achy even at times of rest.

This 90 minute class consists of a one hour, gentle hatha practice designed to stimulate the Parasympathetic Nervous System, followed by a 30 minute relaxing, guided meditation.  It is available for private or group sessions and can also be arranged on site at your business location if space allows.
