Restorative Yoga

We live in a fast-paced world. Always on the move, with high stress jobs, racing thoughts and a seemingly endless “to do” list waiting for us at home. Like all things in life, our body, mind and spirit need balance. An opportunity to find stillness, to quiet the mind through deep relaxation and to heal. Restorative Yoga offers us just that. Using a variety of props (available to borrow), your body will be fully supported in each pose for up to 10 minutes at a time. No stretching, no effort, simply relaxation and breath.
