Have you ever experienced hands on assists during a yoga class? If you have, you already know how incredible assisted stretching can feel. Even with a regular yoga practice and routine stretching, some people struggle with knowing the proper way to stretch and which muscles to focus on to have the best impact. A stretch therapist can help support you through this. By moving your body through a routine of both active and passive stretching motions, a stretch therapist can help ease pain associated with tightness and tension as well as improve your range of motion, flexibility, mobility and strength. This can help reduce the risk of injuries and increase your overall fitness and athletic performance. You’d also be amazed at the transformation in your posture after just one session.
